About the role
The Real Estate Sales Consultant is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. You will prospect new clients, manage property listings, conduct viewings and guide clients through selection, negotiation and closing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients and maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge.
- Prepare accurate property presentations and coordinate viewings with owners and tenants.
- Guide clients through the sales cycle, from selection to negotiation and closing.
- Meet sales targets using CENTURY 21 tools and systems.
- Participate in training sessions and collaborate on marketing activities.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of the Lebanese real‑estate market, property types, regulations and pricing trends.
- Excellent customer‑service skills to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Ability to deliver or participate in sales‑technique training.
- Valid driver’s licence for client visits.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
