Senior Associate Leasing

About the role

The Senior Associate Leasing works closely with the Director of Leasing to market new properties and manage existing ones, aiming to maximise leasing opportunities and meet corporate revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Leasing Senior Manager in achieving occupancy targets, rental rates and optimal tenant mix.
• Identify layout improvements to maximise space utilisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective tenants, manage enquiries and coordinate site visits.
• Assist in preparing lease agreements and managing renewal processes.
• Track leasing activities, maintain negotiation records and prepare regular status reports.
• Coordinate with Property Operations on lease extensions, retail gap analysis and tenant‑mix enhancement strategies.
• Provide accurate lease management data, reports and insights to management.
• Maintain organised lease records, ensure compliance with company policies and promote corporate values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in leasing, retail or real‑estate environments.
• Experience managing lease administration and leasing activities.
• Background in tenant relations, lease negotiations and agreement management.
• Preferably gained within reputable retail or real‑estate companies in Egypt.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of leasing operations, documentation and commercial property management.
