Facilities Manager

About the role

Keep Property is seeking a qualified and dynamic Facilities Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its property portfolio in Lebanon. The role combines oversight of both hard (MEP) and soft services to ensure optimal building performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management operations across assigned properties.
• Manage all hard and soft services, including cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management and pest control.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating and maintenance budgets, controlling costs.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed effectively.
• Supervise technical teams, subcontractors and service providers.
• Monitor building systems performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, committees, consultants and contractors to meet service standards.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, regulatory and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering (MEP).
• 6–10 years of experience in facility/property management.
• Proven experience managing both hard services (MEP operations & maintenance) and soft services.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
