Quality Control Inspector – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Jadra, Lebanon. The successful candidate will ensure that raw materials, in‑process samples and finished sterile injectable products comply with all quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in‑process materials, packaging components and finished products.
• Verify batch records, test results, labels and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP requirements, SOPs, internal quality standards and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and report non‑conformities; support investigations, root‑cause analysis and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance and Laboratory teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Participate in environmental monitoring, calibration checks and equipment verification.
• Maintain accurate quality records using computerized documentation systems.
• Follow safety, hygiene and contamination‑control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jadra and comply with safety and hygiene requirements.

Required skills

• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs and ISO standards.
• Experience with computerized documentation systems for quality records.
• Ability to conduct visual inspections and physical testing.
• Knowledge of environmental monitoring, calibration and equipment verification procedures.
