QA Automation Engineer (AQA)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join a leading fintech company focused on AI-driven trading applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated test suites that ensure the reliability and performance of real‑time market data and machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with engineers and project managers to define test objectives.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for AI‑driven applications.
• Design tests that validate real‑time trading logic and model inference under varied market scenarios.
• Automate performance and stress testing for predictive models.
• Validate data pipelines (market data, sentiment signals, behavioral metrics) for quality and correctness.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to verify input/output integrity of machine‑learning models.
• Work with AI/ML developers, data scientists, and product managers to understand model behavior and business logic.
• Identify problem areas, log them in a tracking system, and suggest corrective solutions.
• Investigate product quality issues to drive continuous improvement and higher customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA automation for software systems.
• Understanding of the machine‑learning lifecycle and model testing concepts.
• Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and data‑validation processes.

Required skills

• Python (preferred), JavaScript, Java.
• Test automation frameworks: PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress.
• API testing tools: Postman.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub.
• Data formats: JSON, CSV.
• Monitoring and logging tools: Grafana.
• Experience with ML libraries from a testing perspective.
