About the role

We are looking for a Protection & Financial Planning Advisor to join a leading multinational insurance organization in Jal El Dib. This client‑facing position focuses on helping individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and select suitable life insurance and financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients' financial protection and long‑term planning needs.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection products, explaining features and benefits clearly.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing service and policy follow‑up.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and professional outreach.
• Achieve individual and team performance objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and market developments.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, client‑focused attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in financial services.
• Official Bac II certificate required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
