About the role
The Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for monitoring and improving the efficiency, quality, and timeliness of factory operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor production quality, ensure compliance with specifications, and develop standardized procedures to reduce errors and waste.
- Coordinate with departmental supervisors to optimize workforce productivity, allocate workloads, and address operational challenges.
- Promote an organized, clean, and safe production environment while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Required profile
- Technical diploma (BT, TS, or equivalent) in Industrial Mechanics, Production, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum experience in manufacturing, preferably in furniture or woodworking.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Understanding of production workflows, quality control, and manufacturing methods.
- Ability to identify production problems, propose practical solutions, and implement them.
