Product Specialist – Oncology

About the role

The Product Specialist will develop and execute medico‑marketing and business plans for Amgen’s oncology portfolio in Lebanon. You will be responsible for driving sales, building trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement compliant medico‑marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and close performance gaps.
• Plan field force deployment, track sales figures and analyse territory performance.
• Engage with specialised doctors, optimise visit frequency and provide accurate product and technical information.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights and field feedback; update databases and deliver regular reports.
• Identify new prospects, expand product portfolio presence and organise scientific events for HCPs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with medical developments and market dynamics to align business strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in oncology.
• Proven track record of territory management and meeting sales targets.
• Strong network with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing concepts.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis.
