Product Manager – Huawei (Africa Distribution)

About the role

Hiperdist is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the Huawei portfolio within its Africa Distribution Team. The role will drive vendor relationships, revenue growth, and market expansion while coordinating sales, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth that exceeds market trends and achieve gross margin targets.
• Own annual business planning, budgeting, and quarterly financial reviews.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Huawei, managing contracts, planning sessions, and business reviews.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management, and resource allocation to ensure predictable cash flow.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team, provide market feedback, and champion company policies.
• Drive marketing activities, lead generation, and maintain digital presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
• University degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent vendor certifications (within the last three years).
• Proven track record in team building, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel.
