Procurement Coordinator

About the role

Spectra Solutions SARL is seeking a full‑time Procurement Coordinator to work on‑site in Kaslik. You will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring that goods and services are sourced efficiently and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders using procurement systems or spreadsheets.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices and terms where appropriate.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and support budget adherence.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows and cost‑efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role, preferably within facility management or operations.
• Strong analytical ability to compare quotations and analyze costs.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
