Potential Agency Leader - Life Insurance

About the role

Fidelity Insurance, established in 1967, offers a wide range of insurance products for corporate and retail clients, with a large, diversified sales force focused on consultation and simplified procedures. The Potential Agency Leader – S.P.E.A.R is a full-time, on-site position leading a team of life insurance consultants, providing daily coaching, support and performance monitoring. The role is based in the Naccache DWP building, 7th floor.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a team of life insurance consultants, with daily coaching, support and performance monitoring.
• Drive sales growth, expand the customer base and promote Fidelity's insurance solutions through tailored consultations and relationship management.
• Coordinate training activities and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate reporting on team activities, targets and results.
• Work closely with management to align agency objectives with Fidelity's strategic goals and improve sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Leadership and team management experience, including coaching, motivating and developing sales or advisory teams.
• Proven sales, business development and client relationship management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site, adapt to a dynamic environment and uphold high ethical and professional standards.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, able to deliver clear, client-focused consultations.
• Solid organisational and planning skills, including target setting, performance tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in relevant office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an asset.
