People & Talent Consultant – Recruitment & HR Operations

About the role

Syscort is seeking a proactive People & Talent Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle and support key People & Culture initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to attract top talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and help foster an engaging workplace culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and client interview panels and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Drive employer branding, campus hiring, and employee referral programs.
• Oversee pre‑joining activities, conduct induction sessions, and support new hires through probation.
• Organize employee engagement events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS, manage transfers, exits, and generate HR dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or consulting environments.
• Strong partnership skills with business leaders and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for improving employee experience.
