Outreach Specialist and Closer

About the role

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist and Closer to join our remote sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospects, and converting them into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach channels.
• Conduct discovery calls and present solutions tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets.
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with prospects.
• Previous experience in a similar outreach or sales role.

• Base compensation of $700 plus commission on closed deals.
