Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

Tekram Deliveries is a food delivery and discovery app connecting customers with local restaurants, available on iOS and Android. It is hiring an Outdoor Sales representative for a full-time, on-site position in Maten. The role involves finding and approaching potential restaurant partners, presenting Tekram's services and negotiating onboarding agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Visit businesses in assigned territories and build and maintain strong partner relationships
• Identify and approach potential restaurant partners, present the service and negotiate onboarding agreements
• Gather market feedback to support service improvement
• Schedule meetings and conduct follow-ups
• Prepare basic sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams so partners have a smooth onboarding and ongoing support experience

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales, negotiation and basic account management skills, able to meet targets and build long-term relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening and professional presentation
• Good organization and time management, including territory planning, visit scheduling and accurate documentation of sales activities
• Comfortable working in the field and travelling locally within Beirut
• Basic understanding of food delivery, hospitality or restaurant operations; prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English, French and Arabic

Required skills

• Proficiency with common digital tools such as smartphones, sales apps, email and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with iOS and Android apps is an asset
