Outdoor Sales Executive – Lebanon / Jordan

About the role

Allways Transfers is seeking an ambitious Outdoor Sales Executive to grow its network of travel agency partners across Lebanon. The role involves daily field visits to travel agencies and tour operators to promote the company’s online booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to travel agencies and tour operators.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new travel agency partners.
• Develop strong relationships with existing agencies and increase booking volumes.
• Reactivate inactive accounts and recover lost business.
• Present the online booking platform, negotiate commercial opportunities, and convert prospects into active clients.
• Monitor competitor activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide weekly sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in travel and tourism.
• Established relationships with Lebanese travel agencies are a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and target‑oriented.
• Valid driving licence and ability to conduct daily field visits.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms.
