Operations Coordinator – Technician Scheduling

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee U.S.-based commercial maintenance and repair projects from request to completion. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and scheduling qualified technicians across multiple trades while ensuring timely and professional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair work orders from initiation through documentation, technician payment, and closure.
• Source and confirm qualified technicians for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and general maintenance across the United States.
• Negotiate competitive rates, coordinate schedules, and provide detailed work order information to technicians.
• Prepare accurate technical quotes, scopes of work, and pricing proposals for client approval.
• Monitor job progress, costs, profitability, and technician performance, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive records, photos, signatures, invoices, and other required documentation in company systems.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Proven multitasking capability with attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, customer service, or similar fast‑paced roles.
• Availability for full‑time onsite work in Jdeideh, Beirut, and for U.S. night shifts (approx. 4 PM–1 AM).
