About the role
We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to ensure quality and scheduling of concrete prefab house construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Control quality of site works and identify problems.
- Coordinate with parties to resolve issues.
- Prepare and update project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Track procurement and site activities and report weekly to clients.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum and wood works.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Good knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
