Online Sales Service Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Online Sales Service Expert to join our remote team. In this full‑time position you will drive online sales and deliver exceptional service to digital customers across chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via chat, email and phone, guiding prospects through our product and service offerings.
• Recommend solutions that match customer needs and ensure a smooth buying journey.
• Record all interactions in our CRM system and track key performance indicators.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and communicate them to the sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to share customer insights and help refine sales messaging.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and experience skills with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales or retail sales experience, comfortable handling objections and closing online deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a remote, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
