Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

A company is looking for a skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with 3 to 6 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate combines business process knowledge with technical expertise, understands and analyzes client requirements, translates them into functional and technical solutions, and helps implement software applications. The consultant works closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers and implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and understand clients' business processes
• Conduct client meetings, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements
• Configure and customize ERP/software solutions
• Collaborate with developers on custom features, enhancements and integrations
• Prepare functional documentation, technical specifications and process flow diagrams
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues and coordinate UAT
• Assist with data migration, deployment and go-live, and provide user training and post-implementation support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant or in a software implementation role
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise software
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage

• Database concepts and SQL
• APIs, system integrations and software architecture
• ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics (an advantage)
• Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
