Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Lebanon. The role combines back‑office, computer‑based tasks with on‑site customer visits, workshops, and training sessions to ensure successful ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform back‑office ERP configuration and customization using Odoo.
• Visit client sites to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and deliver training.
• Analyze business processes, map them to Odoo modules, and provide recommendations.
• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and/or supply‑chain management.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Odoo or other Tier‑1 ERP systems.
• Proven experience in ERP business process analysis, configuration, user training and customer support.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
