About the role

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Group in Bayrut. The role goes beyond standard check‑in and check‑out duties, requiring a proactive approach to ensure a seamless and secure guest experience throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Perform guest check‑in and check‑out procedures during night hours.
• Anticipate and deliver all aspects of the guest journey, acting as a “superhero” for guests.
• Maintain the smooth operation of the front‑office department and ensure security.
• Provide exceptional service with patience, empathy and a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Flexibility and a positive “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
