Mid Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑level Salesforce Business Analyst to join our consulting team. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather, analyse, and challenge business objectives and processes.
• Provide tailored business analysis and advice based on the client’s context and challenges.
• Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
• Produce clear documentation, detailed designs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design and build effective solutions.
• Coordinate one or more project modules, ensuring timely updates and risk escalation.
• Supervise junior business analysts, ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce consultant or business analyst.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and creatively while listening actively.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with integration techniques.
