Media Buyer – Paid Social & Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer specialized in paid social and performance marketing to drive growth for our client portfolio. The role involves managing real budgets, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Apple Ads.
• Strategically allocate media budgets to maximize efficiency and ROAS.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, formats, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and act quickly to resolve issues.
• Provide clear performance updates and recommendations to Account Managers.
• Set up and optimize publisher campaigns across websites, mobile apps, and external placements.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with weekly updates as needed.
• Stay current on platform updates, ad innovations, and automation tools.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social and digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong command of campaign architecture, ABO/CBO strategies, and optimization methodologies.
• Proven track record managing $20K+ monthly ad budgets with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with acquisition campaign types such as app installs, in‑app engagement, lead generation, and sales.
• Sharp analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Clear, confident communicator able to explain performance trends to non‑technical stakeholders.
