Marketplace & Account Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a driven, detail‑oriented Marketplace & Account Coordinator to join our fast‑growing online team in Beirut. You will be the main point of contact for marketplace sellers and will ensure smooth day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑commerce operations and monitor performance KPIs.
• Source, vet, onboard, and maintain relationships with marketplace sellers.
• Ensure accurate product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Operations and Customer Support to continuously improve marketplace performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace operations or account management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to track and interpret KPIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using performance dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Familiarity with order management systems (OMS) and inventory/fulfilment processes.
• Understanding of e‑commerce SEO best practices.
