Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

The company is hiring a Marketing Coordinator and PR professional in Beirut who can take real ownership of brand presence, content coordination, campaigns, partnerships and public relations. The role suits someone who is highly organised, creative and commercially minded, able to run several marketing activities at once while keeping the brand consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the monthly marketing and content calendar across channels and brands
• Coordinate content creators, designers, videographers, shoots, Reels, stories and campaign deliverables
• Develop campaign concepts and make sure they run smoothly from briefing to publishing
• Coordinate organic and paid marketing with clear objectives and deadlines
• Manage PR, media relations, brand partnerships, collaborations, influencers and external communication
• Identify partnership and visibility opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and reputation
• Prepare press releases, announcements, brand communications and PR materials when needed
• Keep brand tone, messaging and visual identity consistent across all platforms
• Monitor campaign and content performance and recommend improvements
• Work with internal teams so marketing supports business priorities, launches and promotions
• Stay up to date on trends, competitors and social media developments, bringing proactive ideas

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content or brand management
• Proven understanding of social media, content strategy and campaign execution
• PR, partnerships, influencers, events or media relations experience highly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced or multi-brand environment is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and coordinate across stakeholders
