Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Aidibi Group is looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join its growing marketing team. You will plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across several brands and industries, with a focus on maximising ROI, generating qualified leads and driving measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with each brand's objectives, target audience and budget.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimise spending to maximise ROAS and ROI.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Set up and manage tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Build retargeting, remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
• Work with creative and account management teams to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare performance reports, spot opportunities and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay up to date with platform developments, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media management.
• Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts and budgets at once.
• Familiarity with e-commerce advertising, lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English; Portuguese is a plus.
