Maintenance Engineer - Residential Properties

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of private residential properties across Beirut and Metn. The role covers civil, electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring properties remain safe and functional for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose faults and oversee repairs to structures, finishes, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, pumps and other equipment.
• Prepare work scopes, schedules, material lists and cost estimates.
• Supervise technicians and contractors, checking quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain service records and coordinate urgent repairs with minimal disruption to residents.

Required profile

• Engineering qualification in civil, electrical, mechanical or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant maintenance experience in private residential properties.
• Strong troubleshooting, supervision, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to commute between properties in Beirut and Metn.
