Machine Operator

About the role

As a Machine Operator at Liban Cables in Nahr Ibrahim, you will run production machines to meet the company’s targets for quantity, quality and delivery deadlines. You will contribute directly to the efficient manufacturing of cabling systems that support the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Start, stop and monitor production machines in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and report any non‑conformities or breakdowns.
• Identify and communicate problems on your work area, alerting supervisors to failures or risks.
• Maintain machine performance and productivity through regular monitoring.
• Apply 5S principles and conduct autonomous maintenance to ensure a clean and safe workplace.

Required profile

• Technical degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team, demonstrate commitment and ethical conduct.
• Fluency in French or English.
