Luxury Account Manager – AutoCAD Required

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Luxury Account Manager who combines strong sales acumen with a keen design sense. The role involves managing B2B relationships, creating design‑focused proposals, and delivering high‑end product solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and B2B clients in the luxury segment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Create layout designs and product integrations using AutoCAD.
• Lead client meetings, negotiations, and post‑sale service activities, including site visits and inspections.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage service agreements and maintenance scheduling in collaboration with technical teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Background in interior design or architecture is preferred, though strong design sense is acceptable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for luxury aesthetics.
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
