Kitchen Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our Central Kitchen. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, strict cost control, and accurate inventory management while supporting multiple outlet demands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall Central Kitchen operations, workflow, and production scheduling.
• Supervise kitchen teams, enforce approved procedures and standards.
• Monitor outlet orders, purchasing, receiving, dispatch, and stock movements.
• Control inventory, transfers, wastage, and food cost, ensuring accurate ERP/POS entries.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, unusual cost movements, and control weaknesses.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Cost Control, Receiving, Store, Dispatch, Operations, and Management.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure follow‑up and accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in kitchen management, operations control, inventory or cost control.
• Strong knowledge of Central Kitchen workflows, purchasing, receiving, dispatch, and food‑cost control.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, catering or multi‑outlet F&B operations.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities with high integrity and attention to detail.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• POS and inventory system proficiency (ERP integration).
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Reporting tools for operational dashboards.
