Junior & Senior Sales Officer - Financial Markets

About the role

Diligent Financial Services (DFS) is looking for motivated, results-driven Junior and Senior Sales Officers to join its Business Development Department in Lebanon. The role covers identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales KPIs.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with DFS policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in Lebanon's financial services sector, preferably in capital markets and trading.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management and achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards, professionalism and a professional appearance.
• An established professional social media presence and a relevant follower network are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of financial products such as equities, Forex, commodities and other trading instruments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
