About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer or Architect with 0‑2 years of experience to join Insites, a company specialized in fit‑out projects. The role offers hands‑on exposure to design, site supervision, tendering and coordination on construction and fit‑out assignments. You will work closely with senior staff to ensure project quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

Assist in preparing technical drawings, layouts and shop drawings.
Support project managers with site supervision and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Contribute to project documentation, BOQs and material submittals.
Participate in quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with senior engineers and architects in design development and problem‑solving.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
0‑2 years of relevant experience (internships and training accepted).
Good command of English.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
