About the role
The Senior Site Architect will oversee the quality and scheduling of concrete prefabricated house construction, ensuring that all site activities meet the required standards and timelines. The role involves close coordination with procurement, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Control quality of all site works and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify site problems, coordinate with relevant parties, and implement solutions.
- Prepare project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Monitor procurement and site activity timelines, adjusting as needed.
- Update weekly schedules and report progress to clients.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, and wood works.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Excel, with strong familiarity with scheduling software like Primavera or Microsoft Project.
