Junior Civil Engineer / Architect (0-2 Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer or Architect to join our growing team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to construction and fit‑out projects, supporting design, site supervision, tendering and coordination activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings.
• Support project managers with site supervision and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to project documentation, bill of quantities and material submittals.
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on design development and problem‑solving.
• Stay updated on construction standards, codes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (internships and training accepted).
• Good command of English.
• Understanding of construction drawings, details and site procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and adaptability to fast‑paced projects.
