IT/ERP Project Manager – Odoo Implementations

About the role

Azkatech, an established Odoo implementation partner, is seeking an experienced IT/ERP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Odoo ERP projects. You will own project scope, timeline, budget and client outcomes while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, assumptions and constraints.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation and budget forecasts.
• Drive execution according to hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology, monitoring progress, risks and issues.
• Manage scope changes with clear impact assessments to prevent scope creep.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and high satisfaction.
• Coordinate Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers and Technical Leads.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, functional, technical and client risks.
• Oversee go‑live readiness, cut‑over and hand‑over to support teams.
• Maintain complete project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in ERP, software or product development.
• Proven track record managing ERP projects; Odoo experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with project scope, budgets, and client‑facing delivery.
• Strong understanding of ERP/software lifecycle and hybrid Agile/Waterfall models.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering or related field.
