Insurance Consultant

About the role

Adir Insurance is seeking a full‑time Insurance Consultant to join its Beirut office. The position is hybrid, allowing a mix of on‑site and remote work. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients select appropriate insurance solutions and supporting the entire policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable insurance products and prepare accurate quotations.
• Explain policy terms and conditions in clear, accessible language.
• Assess client risk profiles and support underwriting decisions.
• Process new applications, renewals, and coordinate claims with internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and customer service to meet client needs and business goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong client advisory and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills for risk assessment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic and/or French a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable using office productivity tools and learning new digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking or financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field, or equivalent experience.
