About the role

The Insurance Advisor joins a growing regional insurer to help individuals, families and businesses protect what matters most. Working on‑site in Jbeil, you will meet clients, assess their risk profile and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face consultations to understand client needs and explain coverage options.
• Prepare accurate quotes, review existing policies and manage renewals.
• Assist clients with claims‑related inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain detailed client records and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about company products, market trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of finance and risk concepts.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles, preferably with a client‑facing focus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jbeil and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills
