Innovation Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Innovation Product Engineer to own AI‑native products from problem discovery through to production. You will work in a small, fast‑moving team that values curiosity, craftsmanship, and rapid iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user problems and translate them into product solutions.
• Design user flows and product experiences.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using AI‑assisted development tools.
• Build production‑quality frontend and backend systems.
• Design APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with AI and agent‑based workflows.
• Test, refine, and iterate based on feedback.
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment.
• Challenge assumptions and help shape product direction.

Required profile

• Strong product intuition and a passion for solving real problems.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Curiosity and a fast learning mindset.
• Comfort working across multiple technical disciplines.
• Bias toward action, experimentation, and clear communication.
• Genuine interest in leveraging AI to build better products faster.
