Influencer Creator Partnerships Executive

About the role

Nutrili is a fast‑growing wellness brand looking for a Creator Partnerships Executive to own and expand its creator ecosystem across the GCC. You will turn creators into long‑term brand partners who boost both brand equity and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nutrili’s creator strategy for always‑on and campaign‑led activations.
• Build and maintain a network of creators—from micro‑influencers to top‑tier talent—aligned with brand values.
• Write clear briefs, negotiate contracts, manage usage rights, and ensure compliance for paid partnerships.
• Run seeding and gifting programs, handling sourcing, personalization, logistics, and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creators with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand moments.
• Track, analyze and optimise creator performance using platform and affiliate data, reporting on reach, engagement and sales impact.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or brand marketing.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with creators, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the broader creator ecosystem.
• Experience managing seeding, paid and affiliate campaigns.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Clear, confident communicator with a genuine interest in wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands.
