In-House ERPNext Implementation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Manager to join our bakery business, which operates five branches and two factories. This in‑house position will build the ERP framework from the ground up, design workflows, and train staff across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure the ERPNext framework to match our multi‑branch bakery operations.
• Create workflows, processes, and system structures for sales, production, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, finance, and reporting.
• Train department heads and employees on effective system usage.
• Lead the rollout of ERPNext across all branches and factories.
• Collaborate with management to translate operational needs into clear ERP processes.
• Ensure the system is practical, user‑friendly, and supports daily activities.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience implementing ERPNext.
• Ability to understand operational businesses, preferably in food, manufacturing, retail, or multi‑branch environments.
• Proven track record setting up ERP systems from scratch.
• Excellent training and communication skills.
• Organized, practical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
