Implementation Manager

About the role

Logisoft is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software implementations for carriers, terminal operators, and vehicle logistics companies worldwide. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring successful go‑live and hand‑over to Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation plan, schedule, and commitments for each account in your portfolio.
• Manage customer communication, reporting cadence, and Logisoft’s delivery commitments.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and assess go‑live readiness.
• Validate that delivered work meets the customer’s definition of completion.
• Track and close mutual dependencies between Logisoft and the customer.
• Size implementation effort during the proposal stage.
• Own the escalation path, raising risks early with recommended actions.

Required profile

• Accountable and outcome‑focused, not just a coordinator.
• Detail‑oriented; avoids vague commitments and stale registers.
• Honest about dates and proactive in risk mitigation.
• Curious about customer operations and processes.
• Calm under pressure during enterprise go‑lives.

Required skills

• 5+ years implementing ERP, WMS, TMS or comparable operational software.
• Experience delivering solutions to enterprise customers across multiple countries.
• Strong process discipline with current plans, follow‑ups, and honest dates.
• Comfortable using a work‑tracking system to manage plans and dependencies.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work across time zones.
