Illustrator – Creative Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a talented Illustrator to join our on‑site creative studio. The role combines hands‑on digital illustration with leadership of a small team of designers, ensuring high‑quality visual assets are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create characters and illustrations that convey ideas or concepts using Wacom tablets and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Work within tight deadlines while generating fresh, creative ideas.
• Lead and manage a creative team (illustrators, designers, editors) throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project phases from concept to final delivery, aligning assets with project objectives.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance and evaluate outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication with upper management, updating on progress and addressing changes.
• Track timelines and ensure prompt submission of deliverables.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing a creative team and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Project‑management mindset with the ability to set priorities.
