Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a talented Art Director to lead the artistic vision of our advertising campaigns at our Zouk Mosbeh premises. You will be responsible for turning concepts into compelling visual experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present fresh, strategic, and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and project kick‑offs.
• Lead the artistic vision for advertising campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all assets.
• Prepare and present mood boards, creative concepts, and advertising strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, propose solutions, and ensure campaign satisfaction.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and strategists to create integrated advertising campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in visual language, storytelling, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Take a hands‑on approach to final creative approvals and quality control.
• Communicate regularly with the Associate Creative Director and leadership to align on strategy.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into campaign development.
• Contribute to pitches and new business development with strong creative narratives.
• Resolve communication barriers and project conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related Art & Design field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in art direction, preferably within advertising or creative agencies.
