Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our People Operations and Employer Branding initiatives. This remote, volunteer position offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, talent‑management research, and internal process implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Conduct research on modern talent‑management and HR practices.
• Prepare content, reports, and debrief sessions for the leadership team.
• Implement new HR processes and practices internally.
• Promote the Culturelligence brand on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on diverse projects.
• Support leadership on strategic activities and company growth initiatives.
• Learn and apply Kanban tools to map workflow processes; pursue Agile PeopleOps certification if performance permits.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a BBA, MBA, or Master’s program in HR (or any degree with a strong interest in HR/People Operations).
• Recent graduates seeking to develop Agile PeopleOps or AgileHR skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Kanban tools.
• Understanding of Agile PeopleOps concepts.
