HR Sales Representative – Client Solutions

About the role

The Sales Representative (Human Resources) will join Enmaa’s Beirut office to drive business growth by promoting the company’s HR solutions across the Middle East and Gulf region. You will prospect, engage and build lasting relationships with organisations seeking talent acquisition, career coaching and organisational development services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Enmaa’s HR services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to design tailored solutions that address client challenges.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business‑development initiatives.
• Participate in networking events and provide market‑trend feedback to the management team.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management experience, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing.
• Good understanding of HR concepts such as talent acquisition, career coaching and organisational development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail in record‑keeping and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM applications.
