Horeca Sales Representative – On‑Trade Account Manager

About the role

The On‑Trade Sales Representative will develop and maintain relationships with horeca customers such as bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding product distribution and promoting the brand portfolio within the on‑trade channel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and increase market share across key on‑trade accounts.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners and event planners.
• Visit customers regularly to introduce new products, conduct tastings and execute brand‑building activities.
• Present tailored sales proposals, negotiate pricing and promotional terms, and close deals.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and consumer preferences to adapt sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, forecasts and achievements; report insights to management.
• Support promotional events, tastings and product launches to boost visibility.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to resolve concerns and ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the on‑trade, hospitality or beverage sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and attend events as needed.
• Passionate about food and beverage with a customer‑centric mindset.
