GTM Engineer - Growth & Sales Development

About the role

Aspire Software is looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to join its team in Lebanon. The role combines the execution skills of a Sales Development Representative with the analytical mindset of a growth engineer, in a hybrid position covering outbound sales, growth experimentation, automation and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound sales: make cold calls to restaurant owners and managers, run personalized email campaigns, book demos and meetings, and maintain prospect records in the CRM.
• Track and analyze call and email performance, build dashboards and compare individual and team results.
• Run A/B tests on call openings, pitches, email subject lines and follow-ups, and document results.
• Optimize the ideal customer profile and test outreach timing and channel combinations.
• Build automated prospecting and outreach workflows using AI tools, and improve lead scoring and segmentation.
• Turn experiment results into scripts, email templates and playbooks, and support onboarding of new sales reps.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach; ability to turn metrics into practical improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence making cold calls.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Preferred: experience in outbound B2B sales, sales development, growth marketing or revenue operations, and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems and digital productivity tools.
• Preferred: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly; basic SQL, Python, APIs or no-code automation tools.
