Graphic Designer for Luxury Chocolate Collections

About the role

Patchi is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to lead the visual design of its Baby and Wedding chocolate collections. You will translate seasonal themes and client requests into elegant, luxurious packaging that reflects the brand’s heritage of craftsmanship and celebration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, mood boards and themes for each season’s Baby and Wedding collections.
• Design chocolate wrappers, ribbons, tags, labels, cards and decorative giveaway elements.
• Create cohesive colour palettes, patterns and typography for each collection.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and dielines with correct bleeds, colour profiles and special finishes (foil, embossing, spot UV).
• Ensure designs are practical for large‑scale production and suit the chocolate’s size and shape.
• Design personalized items such as names, dates, monograms and custom logos for weddings, engagements, births and baptisms.
• Support showroom and sales teams with quick mock‑ups for client approval.
• Adapt designs to client requests while maintaining Patchi’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with photographers and the marketing team on product shoots and campaign styling.
• Monitor trends in wedding, baby, gifting and luxury packaging design locally and internationally.
• Study regional traditions across Patchi’s markets to ensure culturally appropriate designs.
• Propose fresh ideas and new product formats for future collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in packaging, luxury goods, gifting, confectionery or event design.
• Experience designing for weddings, baby showers, baptisms or other celebration events.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, print and refined design work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with 3D packaging mock‑up tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender or ArtiosCAD.
• Hand illustration, calligraphy and Arabic calligraphy abilities.
• Solid knowledge of print production, including dielines, colour management (CMYK, Pantone), paper stocks and special finishes.
