About the role
Amin Developers seeks an Interior Design & Fit-Out Manager to lead interior projects from concept through handover, ensuring design quality and timely delivery across Lebanon and West Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Define interior design direction for each project and guide designers in producing drawings and schedules.
- Select materials and FF&E, source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally.
- Oversee procurement, delivery, and on‑site installation to match approved designs.
- Present designs to management and clients to secure approvals.
Required profile
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in interior design, fit‑out delivery and site follow‑up.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating personal design work.
- Willingness to travel, including to West Africa.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
