About the role
MetLife Lebanon is launching a three‑phase Future Sales Associate Manager Program designed to fast‑track ambitious professionals into insurance sales leadership. Participants will gain hands‑on sales experience, build and lead their own advisory teams, and ultimately step into a Unit Manager position.
Key responsibilities
- Phase 1 – Sales Mastery: Conduct outdoor sales, engage clients, and provide financial planning and insurance solutions.
- Phase 2 – Team Building & Development: Recruit, train, and coach a team of advisors while sharpening people‑management skills.
- Phase 3 – Leadership Acceleration: Assume a Unit Manager role, drive performance, and foster a high‑performing team culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous team‑leadership experience is a strong advantage.
